When you decide to work with me, you are going to start making goals for you and your company. I will help you reach those goals by meeting with you monthly to see how on track we are. No, I won’t give you the financials to read and try to interpret. I’ll do that. I will talk to you as a fellow business owner and not as an accountant.

Each month, I will analyze and interpret the financials for you and measure them on how well you are doing that month. Then, you’ll get a monthly score card based on those financials. During our monthly meeting, we will discuss what is going well and what isn’t going well, then make the next objectives going forward. These objectives will help you toward achieving your business goals you want to see come to fruition. This monthly process will ensure we are on track for you to achieve a successful business, generating a consistent and positive cash flow.
