CFO and Business Advisory Services
Traditional CFO definition: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is an officer of a company or organization that is assigned the primary responsibility for making decisions for the company for projects and its finances (financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting, and often the analysis of data.)
My CFO definition and what I do: What I strive to help you do is not just help you make a profit, but more importantly, help you generate a positive cash flow on a consistent basis. I also will help your business reach the target goals you set for it by helping you stay on track to reach those target goals.
Do you own a business, but it feels like the business owns you? Well, I can help you.
I have helped businesses and business owners grow their business. I have helped my father run two restaurants, helped my now retired boss run her tax practice and I also owned a retail store for five years in addition to owning my own tax firm.
What does this mean for you, the business owner?
If you feel your business is plateauing and has more room to grow, and you want to make more money and keep that money, I can help. I won’t be talking in accountant/tax nerd talk (only if needed), but I will be talking to you as a fellow business owner who has gone through the same successes, pains, and issues other business owners are experiencing. This service is about you, your business, and how you want to see it grow. Every month, I will help you stay on track to reach those target goals that you set for your business.
If this is something that you are interested in and have questions, feel free to reach out and we schedule a time to talk some more about it.
